went to TSO's (Taipei Symphony Orchestra) christmas concert on christmas eve this year

had a little moment with the music.. :D it got me recapping on 2012-- 

all the good and the bad, the happy and the sad

how was your christmas?

God certainly has a way of making me understand that i am exactly where he wants me to be

no matter what happened, it is time to move forward

be optimistic, keep the good habits, discard the bad ones

sleep earlier, wake up happier :)

Outfit of the Day || 每日穿搭 11

Mixing split-personality accessories || 配飾混搭

It's gotten warmer again over the past few days :)
Yesterday's outfit was clean and simple-- just an oversized olive green T-shirt on top of khaki skinny jeans.  It's as simple as that.
Because of how simple my outfit was, I've decided to add a mix of jewelries to spice it up.
天氣又回溫了

昨天穿搭走簡潔風，就一件橄欖綠寬鬆 T-shirt 配卡其緊身牛仔褲，就這麼簡單

簡單的服裝更可以配戴複雜多樣化的首飾 讓整體看起來更有個性

A couple of days ago, I painted my left hand nails mint tint and right hand nails nude purple.  The two colors are very similar in saturation and brightness, but are actually very different in style.  You could easily match accessories of different personalities to each nail color.

因為前幾天心血來潮，分別在左右手塗上薄荷綠和裸紫色指甲油

兩個顏色雖然彩度很接近，風格卻全然不同，因此能配的首飾也不同

On my left hand with the mint tint, I was wearing my black-silver swatch, studded leather bracelet, a steel bangle, a vintage statement ring, and a steel statement ring.

左手的薄荷綠是比較街頭rocker 風

搭配銀黑金屬手錶、卯釘皮帶、鋼手環、復古戒指、和鋼戒指

On my right hand with the nude purple, I was wearing just a thin minimalist silver ring
右手的裸色是走低調路線
僅僅配戴一只設計款銀戒指

...and.., my split-personality accessories are complete :) hope you liked the idea!

Late Autumn Layering || 晚秋層次感

It's gotten much cooler after pouring rain on Saturday night in Taipei, and thus, my layering starts again :D

繼前一篇層次感穿搭，加上從禮拜六晚上的傾盆大雨開始，台北終於變更冷了～又可以穿好多好多層了好開心

Making use of the different hem shapes and lengths of my tops, I'm able to add more definition to my outfit

From the longest to the shortest-- striped tank draping to both sides, dark green long sleeves hi-lo hemmed t-shirt, cropped linen jacket with 7 point sleeves

很喜歡利用每件衣服收尾形狀的不同來創造層次感

從長到短：兩邊垂墜的灰白橫條背心、加上前短後長的長袖Ｔ、最後是麻布短外套

I recently bought myself a daily ring that I've been wearing even to shower and sleep and I'm absolutely loving the wavy square design-- elegant minimalist.

這是最近敗的銀戒指  打算每天每天都戴著它上班吃飯洗澡睡覺  真的很愛這款方形波浪的設計-- 低調時尚感

忙了一整個禮拜，終於又到了歡樂星期五，但還是很多事情等著我去完成！

昨天熬夜寫作業，今天差點起不來 >_<  在公車上還幾度因為快睡著而站不穩～

但最近發生了很多好事所以算是很幸福沒什麼好抱怨的！

想穿著輕便，但又不想剌剌塌塌去上班---

Been pretty busy this week, and it's finally FRIIIIDAAAYY!! But there's still so much to do.  

Stayed up late last night to do GMAT stuff, almost overslept this morning,

couldn't stand up straight on the bus :-\ but whatever it's a sunny day today :)

最近經過東區首飾小店-- 奶奶個熊～發現原來老闆是有金工背景 會設計 會製作

為什麼之前沒發現呢？還以為他是去批貨來賣的‥錯怪他了Orz

期待他能幫我找到黑瑪瑙  好來鑲進被我打破弄丟寶石後空空的白鋼戒！

Recently found a jewelry designer who opened a little shop on the streets of eastern Taipei to help replace my broken (and then lost) black gem on my beloved white steel ring :)
